Deliveries within Accra and Tema are done within 48 hours. On weekends and holidays, we deliver the next working day.

Deliveries to the rest of Ghana are fulfilled between 72 hours and three working days.

International deliveries will be fulfilled by a third party courier company. We use DHL.

We will accept unused items within 48 hours if clients are not happy with their products. Clients will bear the shipping costs.

Refunds for returned products will be less administrative charges of 5% of original payment.
